Looking for a motorized bike engine kit that’s reliable, long-lasting, and easy to operate? The BBR Tuning 5G 4-Stroke Engine Kit is designed with serious riders in mind. Featuring a centrifugal clutch and a pull-start system, this engine is beginner-friendly while packing plenty of torque for more advanced riders.
Forget the hassle of premixing oil and gas! This 4-stroke powerhouse uses a separate oil reservoir, giving you cleaner performance, less smoke, and a much longer engine lifespan. It's ideal for daily commuting, longer rides, or just anyone who wants to hop on and ride with minimal fuss.
The BBR Tuning 5G gearbox transfers power efficiently and includes the latest upgrades like Japanese ball bearings, needle crank bearings, and an upgraded hush muffler for quieter operation. The included wide crank assembly makes pedaling possible even with the engine mounted.
Fits most standard 26” cruiser, mountain, and road bikes with a V-frame (25–29mm frame tubing). Not compatible with Micargi Beach Cruiser stock pedals without crank replacement. Bottom bracket not included for one-piece crank conversions.
